Appellate attorney notes complaint limits backed by Third District Court of Appeals

"Attorney Dorothy Easley said a recent Third District Court of Appeals decision recognized that courts cannot go outside the allegations of a complaint.  'The first is that courts cannot go outside the allegations in a complaint.
